  • Health insurer Coöperatie VGZ Responsible for the reporting to the CvZ and DNB. Improvement of the overall quality of the closing process and bringing the team Reporting & Quality to a higher level. Involved in Solvency II and the implementation of HFM. Managing a team of 9 fte.


  • IAK Coaching the internal audit department. Developed and rolled-out a training Risk Management for all teamleads and key-staff.


  • Woningstichting Rentree Real estate company (“public housing”). Fulfilling the role of Manager Finance/ICT,Focus on set-up and improvement of planning & control, financial control project development activities, re-financing, set up management information, recovery of unsettled VAT-amounts for the last 5 years, etc. Clean up of significant accounting errors from the past. Co-ordination of a legal restructuring leading to a reduction in the number of legal entities from 10 to 2. Sparring partner of the CEO. Part of the management team.



  • TNT TNT is a worldwide service provider in the field of postal and express services. We assumed a coordinating role at TNT for several months with respect to drawing up the global annual accounts for the New York and Dutch stock exchanges (US Accounting Principles and IFRS). One of our tasks was the partial adjustment of the process in order to increase efficiency further.


  • Honeywell Benelux Honeywell Benelux is an organisation with approximately 500 employees, which specialises in implementing and maintaining climate control and fire safety in buildings, among other things. We assumed the role of Benelux CFO for about six months during this project, and resolve the relevant accounting and reporting issues, reorganised the financial processes, and made recommendations for cost savings and improving profitability.


  • Rabobank We worked on a project for the affiliated banks in the Netherlands for six months, during which we drew up and introduced a method for implementing operational risk management as part of compliance with Basel II.
